Position Details:
- Web Developer:
- Develop and maintain web applications and platforms for TMC Mumbai’s online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement web-based solutions.
- Ensure the usability, security, and performance of web applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.
- Coder Supervisor:
- Supervise a team of coders and ensure accurate and timely coding of medical records and procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to coding staff on coding guidelines and standards.
- Review coded data for compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize coding processes and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- For Web Developer: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proficiency in web development languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) required.
- For Coder Supervisor: Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or related field. Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC) preferred. Experience in medical coding and supervision highly desirable.
